Staff

We are staffed with experienced lawyers and paralegals committed to our vision of the future. The partners practiced together at one of Arizona’s largest full-service law firms. They left to create a practice that will better serve the firm’s clients. They have put together an energetic practice group that is committed to providing high quality legal services.

Services

Efficient legal services provided by experienced lawyers allow us to form a working partnership with our clients to accomplish their goals. We do not, however, achieve efficiency at the expense of quality. We know that what we do in court and in our community shapes our clients’ reputations as well as our own. Our advice and advocacy will reflect the depth of our commitment to quality and professionalism.

Results

We know that lawyers are chosen today not only for the results they achieve but also for how promptly they achieve those results. If litigation is the only way to resolve a dispute, we have experienced trial lawyers. Often, however, the best resolution of a dispute is one that is achieved by an early case assessment and a sincere effort to avoid protracted litigation. We work with our clients to establish regular case evaluations that give them the information they need to accomplish their goals.

Our Practice

Our practice emphasizes advising and representing clients in insurance bad faith and coverage disputes, large property loss subrogation, general liability defense, personal injury claims including product liability, mold contamination, construction defect, and professional liability claims. We offer competitive hourly rates and creative alternative fee agreements to accommodate our clients’ needs. A list of representative clients is available upon request.
