Rob Lewis is a founding partner of Allen & Lewis, PLC, and has noted experience with intervention and other complex procedural challenges that often attend such litigation. His experience as a senior claims representative with State Farm Automobile Insurance Company prior to law school helps Mr. Lewis bring a unique perspective and hands-on understanding to the industry in his representation of Allen & Lewis, PLC, clients.
Robert K. Lewis represents defendants and plaintiffs across a wide spectrum of litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputes, bad faith, construction litigation, premise liability, and employment cases.
Mr. Lewis has extensive experience and has successfully represented clients in cases ranging from injury to complicated large-exposure wrongful death trials. He has defended coverage cases at trial, including insurance bad faith cases involving third-party and first-party bad faith. Included among his successful defenses is the multi-million dollar Damron agreement.
